U-Boot loader and related files for the Pine64.

To install this bootloader on an sdcard just do:
dd if=/usr/local/share/u-boot/u-boot-pine64/u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin of=/path/to/sdcarddevice bs=128k seek=1 conv=sync
